Every holiday season, Neighborhood Council members and other City family join the LA Department of Aging in supporting older Angelenos in need through Project CARE.
Each year, the program helps over 3,500 older adults who struggle to allocate their fixed income to obtain basic necessities such as food, blankets, or socks to keep warm.
