Dear Community Residents and Stakeholders,
The Harbor LA Community Planning team is pleased to announce that the illustrative preliminary draft plan for the Wilmington-Harbor City community is now available. In Summer 2021, the planning team released the first text-only draft policy document for public review. The updated policy document features the Department’s new document format, infographics, photos and maps, as well as revised goals, policies and programs based on comments received.
